Tacrolimus induced diffuse pontine hyperintensity in status epilepticus: a rare entity
Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome resulting from the hypertension-induced failure of cerebral autoregulation, is a well-described neuro-imaging finding resulting from vasogenic oedema. Pontine Hyperintensities resulting from this condition need recognition to prognosticate and avoid unnecessary investigations.

Cyanide Toxicity!! Color of Blood Says It All
Cyanide toxicity is a fatal condition if not detected and treated in stipulated time. Lack of rapid detection modalities, and nonspecific nature of clinical presentation make the diagnosis more challenging. Cherry red color of blood might be the only clue sometimes. We present a case of sudden onset altered sensorium which was detected as cyanide poisoning and treated successfully with antidots, on the basis of central venous blood color and corroborative presentation.
